Products
Chemical Cure A&B Rubber
• PANGIT A&B rubber is a two part chemical cure rubber available in two forms: A&B Compound, in cans, and A&B Strip Rubber for use with extruder guns. • PANGIT A&B Compound putty is convenient and economical for small jobs. • PANG A&B Strip Rubber is perfect for tackling large belt repairs and lining jobs.
A&B Strip Rubber Extruder
• Conveniently repairs belts and liners in remote areas when used with PANG Industrial A & B Strip Rubber (130A & 130B). • No Air Access ‒ No Problem! The electric drive motor eliminates the need for a heavy compressor and air lines.
Rope Rubber & Cushion Gum
• Developed to repair surface damage for cold (100°C) and hot (150°C) repair processes. • Additional sizes and thicknesses available upon request.
Cover Stock
•PANG Cover Stock is an uncured, natural gum rubber with excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance. Recommended for hot vulcanized splicing and fabrication. • Use with Rapid Solution.
Chemical Cure Rubber
PANG Chemical Tie Gum is a cured neoprene rubber compound specially formulated to strengthen the cold bond of rubber substrates when used in conjunction with any of our three PANGOFOL cements. • GH Chemical Cure rubber is recommended for chemical vulcanization of lining and pulley lagging seams. Provides excellent adhesion when used with Blue Maxi-Bond Cement, Heavy Duty Solution, or SuperSolution.
Chemical Belt Repair Patches
Pang Diamond Patches and Repair strips provide a solution for belt repair in the field. Use with Pangofol cement.
PANG Primer
PANG Metal Primer is recommended for use in cold bonding applications in conjunction with PANGOFOL and PLASTOPANG cements. Metal Primer can boost adhesion when bonding rubber or PVC to metal by as much as 50%. Flammable.
Plastopang
Plastopang is a flammable, two-part, clear PVC liquid bonding cement. Excellent for splicing PVC/polyurethane belts, bonding PVC cleats, V guides, and edge walls.
Pangofol Black
-CFC-Free Pangofol black, two-part cement for cold bonding rubber. - Used in conjunction with PANG Primer to bond rubber to steel, fiberglass, and other surfaces. - Great for belt repairs, splicing and fabrication, pulley lagging and protective lining. -Pangofol Black is available in 8oz (Cat. No. 992F/8OZ, Quart (Cat. No. 992F/QT), gallon (992F/GAL), 5 gallon (992F/5GAL) and 55 gallon (992F/55GAL) containers.
