We have been dealing with polyurethane for over 35 years and find it exciting every day because our customers constantly challenge us with new individual requirements.
We can now rely on 150 different polyurethane formulations, which have been adapted to the required operating conditions through constant further and new developments. These individual polyurethane formulations are well known on the market as TECTHAN and THELAN.
Our product portfolio extends from the production of technical molded polyurethane parts and polyurethane coatings for processing technology, special vehicle construction and the steel industry to the construction of casting and dosing systems for reactive plastics (e.g. polyurethane), silicone, resins and adhesives.
Products
THELAN Wear protection plates
Wear protection plates made of THELAN are characterised by their good hydrolysis resistance and high resistance to abrasive media and are installed, for example, as wear or noise protection in bunkers, hoppers and chutes. Of course, our sheets are also available with a moulded-in perforated plate for screwing or with an additional contact layer for better adhesion to the carrier plate As we manufacture to customer specifications, we can respond flexibly to customer requirements such as hardness, dimensions, colour, etc.
THELAN-Spay coating
Our THELAN spray coating effectively protects sensitive components or even just partial areas against wear. With our system, we can realise layer thicknesses between 1.5 and 40 mm. Typical applications are Lining of silos and bunkers Coating of screw conveyors and pump parts Internal pipe coating Lining and repair of vibratory finishing tanks and conveyor troughs This process can also be carried out on site by our specialised personnel.
Moulded parts made of THELAN
We produce moulded parts from our THELAN polyurethane according to customer specifications using the hot casting process. Thanks to our modern production facilities with 6 casting machines, we are also able to mould your ideas. As a pure PU part or as a PU/metal composite part. Series from 1 to 10,000 pieces. Everything is possible. Products that are manufactured using the pig moulding process: Screw conveyors Valve ball/cone and valve seat Nozzles and funnels Pump components Strainers Seals
Polyurethan Pipe coatings
Our pipe coating machine enables us to coat pipes with internal diameters of 250 to 1,200 mm and lengths of up to 12,000 mm using roto-moulding. The pipes can be protected against wear by applying a polyurethane layer thickness of 5 – 25 mm.
