MÖLLER®, products and solutions are utilized in applications in a wide range of industries from cement and lime, over plaster and power, to metals and minerals. We support the entire transport chain, from incoming materials delivery, over storage and conveyance, to outgoing delivery, with premium high-tech products.
Our offerings also include truck, wagon, and ship loading and unloading systems but also, of course, key components such as the MÖLLER®, valves, rotary flow control valves, two-way diverter valves, rotary vane feeders, TURBUFLOW®, air gravity conveyor systems, pneumatic elevators, etc. The conveying of wood pellets is also part of our delivery program, as the Möller IntelligentFlow control system for pressure vessel systems.

Products

Pressure vessel dense phase conveying systems
World-leading technology for economic and reliable transport of bulk materials. Conveying capacity of more than 300 t/h, conveying distance more than 3000 m without intermediate stations have been realized. MÖLLER® pressure vessel systems in conjunction with the TURBUFLOW® dense phase conveying system are suitable for mostly all dry bulk materials , even for highly abrasive bulk materials with Mohs values over 9 and Blaine values over 10,000. Slow conveyance to reduce wear and thus increase operational reliability is extremely important. In this regard, TURBUFLOW requires up to 30% less energy than is required by conventional conveying systems.

TURBUFLOW® Transport System
In connection with pressure vessel systems the most economic pneumatic conveying system. Low energy consumption, low wear, and tear, high availability, reliable and long-lasting. Through MÖLLER® technology, REEL Möller GmbH has developed a pneumatic dense phase conveying system, which is particularly suitable for fine-grained mineral bulk materials such as fly ash, cement, lime, as well as primary and secondary alumina. The patented MÖLLER-TURBUFLOW® dense phase conveying system is characterized by an inner pipeline, the secondary pipeline, which ensures local turbulence by means of a port and diaphragm configuration. This assists the conveying process by fluidizing the bulk material. The result is slow and energy-saving conveying with high loading.

IntelligentFlow
Möller IntelligentFlowTM Is a state-of-the-art control system specifically developed for new and existing pressure vessel systems. It ensures continuous and precise control, ensuring your system always operates at its optimal operating point. Our algorithm continuously optimizes the pressure vessel system, achieving energy savings of up to 20 %. Wear and tear are significantly reduced due to lower conveying speeds compared to conventional systems. IntelligentFlow TM allows for the storage of an unlimited number of individual bulk material parameters, enabling the same system to convey a wide range of different bulk materials with maximum efficiency, even after decades of operation.

Loading and Unloading Stations
Pneumatic unloading of trucks and wagons with an integrated compressor or separate compressor station into the silos. Loading systems for trucks, trains, and ships for dry or wet bulk materials. The loading of powdering bulk materials onto trucks, wagons or ships is executed dust-free with MÖLLER loading systems at throughputs to 200 t/h or 1,000 t/h.

Silo Systems
REEL Möller GmbH offers a wide spectrum of silos for storage, blending or homogenization of bulk materials. Various constructions are available like dome silos, silos with flat bottom or with displacement cone, large capacity silos or intermediate storage facilities. Features • Concrete or steel structure, depending on size • Versions with a flat bottom, displacement cone (DCS silo) or central cone (MDS silo) for decompression • Discharge with pneumatic equipment • Discharge capacities up to way above 1000 m³/h • Large capacity silo for long term secure process supply • Storage capacity of up to 80.000 m³ and silo diameters up to 60 m are realized
MÖLLER® Valve
The MÖLLER® Valve is a shut-off device for the fully open and closed position in pneumatic conveying systems. Number one requirement for your pressure valve is a seal that works – absolutely, every time. The MÖLLER Dome Valve uses an inflatable MÖLLER® seal and spherical closing segment to create a seal that is pressure-tight up to pe = 8 bar. It works pneumatically, acting quickly to cut through a column of static material and close the pipe completely. It’s designed to work with material temperatures up to 275˚C for materials such as cement, fly ash and gypsum.
Rotary flow control valve
Rotary flow control valve and rotary shut-off valve are designed for use in all industrial areas in which powdery bulk materials are processed, conveyed, stored, distributed, weighed or metered. The rotary flow control valve is responsible for precise and continuous adjustment of the bulk material flow from bins and silos. The rotary shut-off valve is used where quick and reliable shut-off is necessary. The two valves are suitable for material flows from 10 to 1000 m³/h.

Rotary valve
Rotary valves are designed for use in all industrial areas in which powdery bulk materials are processed, conveyed, stored, distributed, weighed or metered. The REEL Möller Rotary valve is the right choice if you would like to have a controlled discharge out of the silo or hopper or if you would like to have a controlled feeding to a jet conveyor. Typical bulk materials are fly ash, alumina, cement, lime, gypsum, minerals like copper concentrate etc. with a density from 0,5 to 2,0 t/m³

Wood pellet pneumatic conveying
REEL Möller has installed two new 100t/h pneumatic conveying lines at the RWE Eemshaven power plant. These are the worlds longest pneumatic conveying lines for up to 100t/h wood pellets. Wood pellet handling Switching fuels has implications across the power plant flow sheet. Wood pellets require different handling and safety measures than coal. They are very coarse compared to mineral bulk materials, a different, more uniform shape, abrasive and, of course, highly combustible and, for the wood pellet fines fractions, explosive. Pneumatic conveying of wood pellets is challenging.

MÖLLER® Pump
With the Möller® Pump we always have the right pump for your application. Reliable and easy to maintain. The pneumatic transport of bulk materials in conveying pipes is carried out mainly by the use of compressed air. The conveying material has to be transported from the area at atmospheric pressure into the high-pressure area with the greatest possible continuity. For this, the MÖLLER® Pump is excellent suitable and already in operation worldwide for more than a thousand times. It is the heart of pneumatic transport of cement, lime, gypsum, fly ash, aluminum oxide, copper concentrate, coal dust and many other bulk materials for capacities from 1 to 250 t/h.
