Aluminum composite film Bags
Aluminum composite bags are a high-performance and established solution in the field of pharmaceutical secondary packaging. They are used to reliably protect already packaged pharmaceuticals from external influences. Especially in the pharmaceutical industry, where product safety, stability, and regulatory compliance are paramount, aluminum composite bags play a crucial role in ensuring quality and shelf life throughout the entire supply chain.

Transfer Bags
Rhein-Plast transfer bag systems enable the safe transfer of small quantities of powder under the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. They integrate seamlessly into existing containment and cleanroom processes, contributing to reliable product and personnel protection. Upon request, the bags are manufactured from our individually specified film grades, tailored to your processes and regulatory requirements. Different cleanroom classes, ISO 5, ISO 7, and ISO 8, are available, ensuring optimal integration of this packaging solution into your hygiene concept. Furthermore, customized designs with various connection options are possible to guarantee secure and efficient integration with your existing equipment and transfer system. This results in tailor-made solutions that combine flexibility, process reliability, and containment at a high level.

FIBC-Inliner
Big bag liners are specially designed inner bags for flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs). They serve as the primary protective barrier between the outer shell and the contents, ensuring maximum product safety, purity, and process stability. The liners are manufactured to pharmaceutical grade standards and produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant conditions – ideal for sensitive applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and battery industries.

Continuous Liner
Applications of Rhein-Plast containment packaging materials: - Contamination-free replacement of HEPA filters - Transfer systems for clean rooms and isolators (bag-out systems) - When filling as primary packaging material in open secondary packaging such as cartons, drums, fiber drums, aluminum-laminated bags, and more Rhein-Plast containment packaging materials offer numerous advantages. These include dust-free handling, e.g., in the filling of active ingredients, optimal product and personal protection, and savings on protective room construction.
