Rubber Suspension Technology
All ROSTA rubber suspension units comprise 3 major function. It’s a torsional spring, it is a pivot bearing and anti-vibration mount. All in one single unit! All ROSTA elements require no maintenance, are entirely noisless and have a long life. This technology has virtually no limit in use and applications. It gives you the following benefits: less components, no wear parts, better performance of the entire system and low life cycle cost, it is maintenance free!

For over 60 years ROSTA has supplied many screens and vibrating conveyor manufactureres with our oscillating mountings. We can certainly say, that this one is our core business. Tensioning Technology
The concept and production of machine components for the maintenance-free tensioning of belts and chain drives has always been a core competence of ROSTA. Whether for the initial tensioning of large belt drives with our self-adjusting motor base suspension or for efficient secondary tensioning by means of easy-to-install chain and belt tensioners, ROSTA has the perfect solution! When using the ROSTA tensioning systems, problems such as the compensation of lengthening due to age and belt slip are no longer an issue in your machine design - you can simply forget the periodical re-tensioning maintenance!

AB-LF Schwingungselemente
The ROSTA AB-LF vibration elements are designed to achieve the lowest natural frequencies, made possible by a special patented design. This series is characterized by an intrinsic frequency of approximately 2 Hz, with the aim of isolating vibrations and reducing dynamic residual forces on machines and supporting structures. The AB-LF elements ensure efficient screening and can handle increased material throughput. Designed to be tear-resistant and maintenance-free, the AB-LF series is designed for a long life and works with reduced noise levels. These vibration elements are part of the ROSTA AB product line, known for improving the performance and durability of machines.
Motorbase MB 55
The new ROSTA MB 55 motor base for electric motors includes a central preload unit and has the same hole pattern for screwing on the top and bottom. It also has an exchangeable motor plate for centered or offset positions and is available in three sizes.

Based on our nearly 80 years of experience in vibration technology, we have developed an independent digital solution that allows you to apply our expertise to your screening machine. We are proud to present this innovation: the easy way to optimize your machines. The advantage: ROSTA Digital is an integrated, ready-to-use sensor data collection and processing solution that helps our customers increase the efficiency of their vibration processes and systems. How does ROSTA Digital work? Sensors mounted on the machine transmit the measured data to the dashboard. The dashboard displays relevant machine data and serves as a communication and alarm tool for our Vibration Analyst Service. Displayed values include stroke, stroke angle, acceleration, temperature, and lateral deviation. One solution for all.
