Rotex’s Gyratory Reciprocating screening motion is an efficient and accurate alternative to traditional vibratory screening equipment. Unlike standard vibratory machines, Rotex screening motion features low angle, long stroke and gyratory reciprocation motion. Additionally, Rotex utilizes precise screen openings allowing for accurate particle size distribution for increased accurate screening and efficiency. The Gyratory Reciprocating motion paired with accurate particle size distribution results in better product recovery and ultimately higher yield than standard vibratory screens.

Rotex Screener The classic Rotex machine is a proven rugged, long-lasting and versatile screening machine that has been used in countless applications throughout the world for decades. Featuring Rotex’s Gyratory Reciprocating Motion, the Rotex consistently delivers on-spec product with less rejection of good materials, resulting in increased profits. Rotex screener models range from one to five screen surfaces (with sizes ranging from 0.8- 10.2 m2) for separations with openings from 12mm to 325mm mesh allowing for a complete bespoke screening solution. Apex Screener
Apex Screener The Apex screening machine combines Gyratory Reciprocating Motion with an ergonomic design which increases productivity while reducing overall downtime. Both maintenance and inspection of the Apex machine can be conducted by a single operator, allowing for less downtime. All screens of the Apex can be inspected in less than 10 minutes and screens can be changed 80% faster. Operator lifted components weigh no more than 18.5kgs with an individual screen panel weighing 2.25kgs.
Megatex XD High Capacity Screener
Megatex XD The Rotex Megatex XD Screener provides high volume and unsurpassed screening performance for applications requiring accurate separations. They are specifically designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of high-volume applications, including Agriculture, Chemicals, Minerals, Plastics and more. The Megatex XD Screener is able to maximize product recoveries at high material temperatures up to 205°C. Standard features include a patented cam lift rail system for quick screen change capability and sleeveless inlet/outlet connections. A new version of this machine was launched in 2015 which is now capable of producing 40% more capacity than previous models, including a coarse scalp with 230 sq.ft of screen area.
