Rollers
Belt rollers for bulk material transport The coils are often one of the most investment-intensive aspects of a coil line project design. Choosing high-quality castors guarantees an adequate lifespan, with the result that the technical equipment works without interrupting the site's operations. It has been proven that considering the overall economic conditions for today's use of conveyor belts, their efficiency and service life are highly dependent on the selection of high-quality coils of conveyor belt, manufactured with great precision from carefully selected materials. Of great importance for efficiency is the sealing system that protects the roller bearings. Aware of this, Rulmeca has subjected the design of the manufactured reels to rigorous laboratory tests. There are many examples of different types of Rulmeca pulleys being used in material handling systems in the most extreme environmental conditions around the world over the years. Tape reels manufactured by Rulmeca comply with all known national and international standards: ISO, UNI, DIN, AFNOR, FEM, BS, JIS, SANS and CEMA.

belt conveyor idlers
Carrying roller stations for bulk goods Two different types of idler stations are used in a conveyor belt system: the carryway idler stations, which support the material-transporting section of the belt; and the return idler stations, which support the belt in the return run area during return travel. There are two different variants of the carryway idler stations: flat, with a single, horizontally arranged idler, which sits on two brackets mounted on the belt system; or a troughed version, usually with three rollers mounted on a frame attached to the conveyor. Feeding stations can be used in the loaded area of the belt, which have support rollers with rubber rings or are designed as garland stations.

belt conveyor pulleys
As essential mechanical components, belt conveyor pulleys are designated to drive, redirect, track or provide tension to the belt. The complete Rulmeca production of belt conveyor pulleys covers all these basic functions needed to make the system run, since it includes drive pulleys, return pulleys, bend pulleys, idler pulleys and snub pulleys which are specifically designed according to their role and position in the belt conveyor layout. Basically, Rulmeca belt conveyor pulleys address bulk handling applications where heavy-duty conveyors are required to transport big quantities and loads of various bulk materials. Then, they are dimensioned depending on the specific features of each conveyor and application, such as belt dimensions, stress potential, distribution of load and matching performance of components and their materials. Rulmeca designs and manufactures belt conveyor pulleys using materials of the highest quality and employing advanced technology and manufacturing techniques in the production process. Rulmeca belt conveyor pulleys are developed using a high degree of security in the dimensioning of the flanges, sizing and penetration of the welding and assembly between shell, flange and hub. Together with the application of the Quality Assurance system certified to ISO 9001:2008, all these characteristics contribute to the production of high-quality products offering a dependable and long-life performance in the application field resulting in appreciably reduced maintenance costs.

Accessories
Cleaners Conveyor belt cleaning systems are considered more intensely these days, since they reduce the maintenance services on conveyors handling wet or sticky material and they allow higher or maximum productivity. There are several types of cleaning equipment. The most used for ease of application are those with scraper blades mounted on rubber flexible supports. Covers Conveyor covers have primary importance when it is necessary to protect the material conveyed from bad weather conditions and therefore improve the functionality of the plant but importantly, to protect the environment from possible polluting elements due to the dispersion of dust in respect of the latest health and safety regulations in force. Impact bars Impact bars are used at the loading point of the conveyor under the hopper.
