STARCLEAN® RS - Retractable Side Service
The STARCLEAN® RS can easily pull out segment after segment. Due to the lateral extraction of each segment from outside the chute, the whole Conveyor Belt Cleaner is very space-saving and safe especially in regard to maintenance work.

With the STARCLEAN® ID you can always check the activities of your STARCLEAN® Conveyor Belt Cleaners - very easy, quick and safe from outside the chute.
Series 830-E with automatic tensioning device
This automatic tensioning device is designed for use with reversible belts as well as belt installations with cleaning at timed intervals. It allows scraper blades that are not built for reversible operations to be used on reversible belts because they are automatically tilted out of the way when belt direction changes. This tensioning device can be used either on its own with a pre-configured control incl. display and operator’s terminal or individually for integration in existing belt installations. Further characteristics of this tensioning device are the robust linear operating mode for reliable operations and the proven quick-tensioning device for simplest tension adjustment. As with all STARCLEAN® products, the decisive benefit of this new development is that it serves as a retrofit for existing Type 830 systems and can be combined with blades for both primary and secondary cleaning zones. STARCLEAN® Smart Scraper
THE NEW DIGITAL STARCLEAN®S³ Our unique smart scraper with electric drive, in combination with our smart cloud dashboard, enables early detection of damage to the conveyor belt and predictive repair of the segments through our automatic wear detection. Thanks to the digital innovation, the scraper has the ability of self-regulating wear behavior and at the same time enables an optimized pretensioning force - completely automatically. With the principle "detect - react - protect", our innovation enables continuous, contact-based control of the conveyor belt and our scrapers.
