AirScrape - The Contactless Conveyor Belt Skirting
AirScrape is the first contactless belt skirting system worldwide. It is developed, patented, and manufactured in Germany and it meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection. With its unique technological solution, it is the world’s first and only contactless skirting system that reaches an effectivity of near 100%.
TailScrape - The Transfer Tail Skirting
The TailScrape works on the same principle as the AirScrape and complements it by sealing the transfer in the rear area. The intelligent blade structure on the underside ensures that negative pressure is created in the conveying area. Nothing can escape through the millimeter-thick gap because the negative pressure allows air to flow in. Dust generation and spills are reduced by up to 100%. The TailScrape works also without contact to the belt and can therefore be operated permanently without maintenance. Used together with the AirScrape, the TailScrape saves considerable costs and resources. The TailScrape supplements the AirScrape and seals the transfer for optimum results in the rear area of the transfer point.
DustScrape
DustScrape DustBox + AirScrap = DustScrape The combination of DustBox and AirScrape results in a highly effective system against dust formation. By installing DustScrape in existing dust removal systems, your system can work 40-50% more effectively and save energy at the same time. The higher efficiency also means that the system requires much less maintenance. In some cases, the use of the DustScraper even makes it possible to completely dispense with the extraction system and work without energy or dust.
PrimeTracker - The Conveyor Belt Tracking Assistant
PrimeTracker is the first conveyor belt tracking assistant that counteracts belt misalignment permanently and without any delay. It has always 100% contact to the belt and steers directly. There is no friction between belt and PrimeTracker. It is the perfect solution against misalignment of conveyor belts. E-PrimeTracker, innovative and efficient "coming soon". With appropriate sensor measurement technology and detection of the control behaviour of the E-PrimeTracker, e.g. belt damage due to overstretching, other defective operating conditions and faulty belt connections can be detected.
SureSupport reinforces the belt and prevents belt sag caused by the impact energy of the falling material. This supports the function of the side seal and prevents spillage, dust and material losses at the transfer point.
The SureSupport system works in conjunction with DustScrape and AirScrape to support and stabilize the belt at transfer points. Key advantages of this system include quick and easy installation as well as reduced maintenance times and costs.
