Products

live bottom
The SHW live bottom is suitable for nearly all difficult-flowing bulk materials that are stored in rectangular bunkers. The live bottom slats are hydraulically driven in a staggered arrangement. The moving floor system is suitable for bulk material intake and discharge in underground bunkers and elevated silo installations with a storage capacity of up to 5,000 m³. With a discharge capacity of up to 600 m³/h per discharge screw, it ensures efficient and uniform material flow. The systems are specifically designed for rectangular silos with base dimensions of up to 20,000 mm × 20,000 mm, offering a high degree of flexibility in design and integration. This offers numerous advantages for the user: The system can be used with nearly all bulk materials, features an extremely robust design, and therefore ensures high availability. At the same time, operators benefit from low life-cycle costs, optimal bulk material discharge, and an overall maintenance-friendly design that keeps operations efficient and reliable over the long term.

Traversing screw
The discharge unit is suitable for nearly all difficult-flowing bulk materials stored in rectangular bunkers. One or more discharge screws run along the length of the bunker floor. The traversing screw is suitable for rectangular bunkers and is especially well-suited for applications requiring large storage volumes. Additionally, the system operates according to the “first in – first out” principle, ensuring uniform material discharge. The bulk material is efficiently conveyed across the entire bunker floor, enabling optimal material flow control. At the same time, the design impresses with its maintenance-friendly construction, which significantly facilitates ongoing operation.

Oscillator
With alternating rotating and oscillating movements, dry and poorly flowing materials can be discharged very effectively. The intermediate bulk material silo offers a storage capacity of up to 150 m³ and is designed for round silos with a diameter of up to 6,000 mm. It can be used flexibly as a dosing, weighing, or loading silo. With a discharge capacity of up to 300 m³/h per discharge screw and the ability to feed up to four screws simultaneously, the system ensures maximum efficiency. The oscillating or rotating movement enables almost complete emptying of the silo. Thanks to its maintenance-friendly design, low wear, and low life-cycle costs, the intermediate bulk material silo stands out for its durability and cost-effectiveness.

Rotor
The SHW rotor is the ideal discharge unit for nearly all poorly flowing bulk materials. The drag arm position and drive torque automatically adapt to the flow behavior of the bulk material. The system is highly versatile and is particularly suitable for bulk material reception and intermediate storage. It is specifically designed for round silos with diameters of up to 7 meters and enables uniform bulk material distribution throughout the entire process chain. In combination with the proven SHW unloading system, stable bulk material bridging can be effectively prevented, even in silos with unfavorable geometries. Discharge is continuous and reliable, with a conveying capacity of up to 300 cubic meters per hour per discharge screw. Up to six discharge screws can be fed simultaneously, ensuring exceptionally high operational efficiency. Thanks to its extremely robust design, the system offers high availability and a long service life. An optional wear protection system can be integrated to provide extended durability, even when handling highly abrasive bulk materials. The maintenance-friendly design simplifies operation and minimizes downtime. Overall, the system provides a reliable and high-performance solution for a wide range of bulk material applications.

Disc screen
The disc screen separator serves as a protective unit for downstream equipment. With its help, coarse materials, oversized particles, and foreign objects are reliably removed from the process stream. The machine stands out due to its robust design, ensuring long service life and reliable operation even under demanding conditions. The parallel-arranged, slightly angled rotating discs provide efficient and uniform material separation. The drive unit is designed for easy access, significantly simplifying maintenance and servicing. For a process with minimal dust generation, the inlet and outlet cross-sections as well as the enclosure can be configured variably, allowing optimal adaptation to different operational requirements. The cut size can be adjusted flexibly by varying shaft spacing, using spacer sleeves, selecting different disc sizes, and easily modifying disc distances. This enables the machine to be optimally configured for different materials and separation tasks.

Sliding frame
An ideal discharge unit for poorly flowing bulk materials and slurries. The frame is hydraulically driven. Optionally, the frame can be designed in two or three sections, each driven offset from one another. The system is suitable for bulk material intake as intermediate storage with up to 1,500m³ capacity, and for loading silos. It can be installed in round silos with diameters of up to 8m and achieves a discharge capacity of up to 300m³/h per screw. In combination with up to five discharge screws, the sliding frame ensures uniform material removal across the entire silo cross-section. The system is characterized by high operational reliability, efficient residual emptying, and a maintenance-friendly design.

Receiving conveyor
The Receiving Conveyor is the ideal link between your external bulk material supply (e.g. from trucks, wagons, wheel loader, etc.) and your process engineering plant. At a receiving rate of 500 m³/h, up to 5 trucks per hour can be unloaded (at a maximum truck size of 100 m³). With the modular overall length of 2,500 mm to 23,000 mm a receiving volume of up to 100 m³ may be achieved. The inclined alignment of up to 22° enables the ground-level transfer onto the downstream aggregate, thereby saving the customer expensive concrete works.
