Silocontrol
Silos Control In the field of silo control and visualisation, SSB Wägetechnik offers versatile and individual solutions that allow you to independently manage and control your silo system. Our silo controller – that is either integrated in software tools such as SAP and ORACLE or adapted for exchange with your own database makes the management of your silo system more targeted, more convenient and more functional. By using a control system, the production processes can be precisely checked and controlled; from product receipt, order acceptance, silo outlet control, safety scanning, determination of the filling variant (e.g. HGV, BIG BAG, FFS) and backtracking up to the finished package. To make the control of your silo system even more functional, we offer control systems with integration of the filling technology, visualisation system and databases. In addition to process monitoring and remote monitoring with worldwide access, our silo control systems allow linking with databases, connection of vehicle scales as well as flexible networking of the filling and loading technology. Visualisation of the silo control takes place in a flexible way with WinCC or WinCC.
Belt Thrower
Belt Thrower - Container 20-40" - Loading times of 15-25 minutes - Simple handling - Reliable loading - Ejection distances up to 12 metres - product-protecting Execution either in lacquered steel or in stainless steel Principle of operation: The granule ejector is mounted on a supporting structure, which can be attached for example with a fork lift truck to the rear of the container. Two platforms are located on the supporting structure for the operator. After the loading device has been attached, the HGV is positioned beneath the corresponding silo outlet. The filler opening of the container inliner is then fastened to the machine ejector hopper. The unit can be started after the silo outlet has been opened. The product is then accelerated by a rotary belt in the GWS 2000 and is ejected into the container. The operator can adjust the vertical setting and the ejection distance on the control panel of the system. To prevent the container from overflowing, the product inlet gate valve is closed when activated by an ultrasonic sensor. The required remainder or the quantity remaining from the silo can then be added by hand.

Screw packer BSP25
The new srew packer BSP 25 is a compact machine for filling valve bags (optional also open bags) with powdry, heavy-flowing or fine ground bulk materials. The machine consists of a stable basic frame, a gross weigher with srew dosing unit, integrated agiator and a dust extraction system. The machine can be adjusted to different bag sizes.
