The Stanelle FLOW-BOW elbow is designed as a low wear deflector of dry, non-clotting bulk goods when conveyed as a dense stream. It has a wide range of applications including powdery, splintery, and highly abrasive bulk goods like e.g. quartz sand, shotcrete, and basalt chips; even cocoa husks and slaughterhouse waste. Stainless steel (1.4408) designs are available for applications on the plastics and foodstuffs sectors.

The Stanelle PNEUFIX jet-filter is suitable for dedusting pneumatic and mechanical, continuous and discontinuous charging and conveying processes in silos and bunkers. The convincing features of the PNEUFIX are not only its rugged construction, but also its flexible application potential. In conjunction with a direct mounted extractor fan the PNEUFIX can also dedust conveyor belts, elevators, and other dust-laden environments. The PNEUFIX is also available in special vacuum and surge proof, heated and insulated, and explosion proof designs.
Stanelle Filter type STAFI - 10qm, 17qm, 20qm
Stanelle de-dusting filters type STAFI are specifically suited for filtration of exhaust air during pneumatic filling of silos with pulverized, dry, bulk materials in the building- and non metallic mineral industry. The sturdy, high quality construction of the Stanelle de-dusting filter has proven itself even under the harshest application conditions. The handling is easy and possible without any special know-how. The ingenious CLIP-IN SYSTEM makes filter exchange extremely simple and very fast, compared to systems with screwed hose clamps. Three filter sizes and two standard filter bag types are available.

Stanelle Loading spout filter TYP BELFI
The Stanelle-Loader Filter BELFI is used in particular in conjunction with a Stanelle loading spout for direct dedusting and dust recovery during loading processes on silo vehicles and containers. Owing to its compact design it can also be used to de-dust air conveying passages, encapsulated conveyor silos, and bunkers that are filled without pressurization. The choice of high-quality materials and the optimal surface lining make this filter ideal for applications on virtually all sectors. During the design the focus was placed specifically on the problem-free return of filter dust into the silo vehicle.

Stanelle SDAK DN150/DN250/DN300/DN400
The Stanelle overpressure/vacuum flap is a safety component for silos loaded with compressed air systems. During pneumatic loading processes the combined action of these flaps can compensate for both overpressure and vacuum generated by exhaust fans or collapsing cornices and so prevent expensive damage to vessels.
OVERFILL PROTECTION
The Stanelle silo overfill protection is a self contained system. Ready to install in conjunction with the provided pinch valve, max sensor and end surge limiter this controller prevents the silo from overfilling and the silos interior pressure from exceeding the max value. In addition the controller can also integrate the dedusting filter installed on the silo.
Stanelle ASK Discharge Vibrating Cage Diameter 1200mm / 1500mm / 1800mm
The Stanelle discharge vibrating cage functions as a discharge aid for all poorly flowing, bridge building, dry, dust-like to granular bulk goods. Major advantage over air operated systems is that the discharged bulk materials do not contain fluidizing air. This has positive effects during bagging as well as when loading special bulk materials into silo vehicles. The flanged design with 60° discharge can be easily attached or retrofitted to any silo or bunker. Depending on the area of application, the ASK can be furnished in steel, stainless steel, as well as with motors with various power ratings and voltages. Subsequent components can be mounted to the vibrating cone without additional support. Since 2015 also deliverable in 70° version.
Vibrating Boom
The Stanelle vibrating boom SVA functions as a discharge aid for bridge building, dry, powdery to granular bulk goods. It can be attached to square bunkers and special discharges and retrofitted easily to existing silos and bunkers. The vibrating boom can be fitted with variable vibration motors for precise actuation.

The SMFS type flat gate is attached to silo and vessel discharges and assures optimal sealing of stored dusty and granular bulk goods up to 8 mm grain size. This modular gate allows the installation of manual, pneumatic, or electric motor drives on the same base frame.

Stanelle Jet-Loader TYPE QUADRO
The Stanelle jet-loader type QUADRO is designed for loading silo vehicles, closed containers, and rail cars with dry, free flowing bulk goods. The compact design with integrated winch motor and default sensor configuration is instrumental in cutting installation times, optimizing the positioning, and enhancing the operating reliability. Square interior buckets kept apart by two strong supporting belts protect the bellows from mechanical damage and center the stream of bulk material. The hoisting lines arranged outside of the stream serve to stabilize the interior buckets for greater loader flexibility. The closure cone seals the discharge cone and so prevents the bulk goods from escaping into the environment and humidity and foreign particles from entering the jet loader.
Stanelle JET-Loader TYPE TELE-RONDO
The Stanelle TELE-RONDO type loader is a specialized system for loading silo vehicles with heterogeneous bulk goods like e.g. dry mortar. Bulk goods of various weights and large free fall heights are associated with separation problems in standard loaders, leading to losses in quality. The separation of bulk goods in this category is prevented to the greatest possible extent when the TELE-RONDO is used. The TELE-RONDO discharge cone sets itself on the silo dome opening and the telescoping pipes enter the silo vehicle. Remaining is a free fall height of 20-40 cm only. This minimum free fall height and the telescoping pipes retracted by the level control serve virtually to eliminate the separation of the bulk material's components into their constituent weights.

The loaders type JBM 500 are specific loaders for loading of dry, free flowing bulk solid on ships. Like all loading systems developed by Stanelle the JBM 500 Ship Loader is characterized by reliability, precision and high durability.
Stanelle Jet-Loader Rondo
The Jet-loader type Rondo is designed for the loading of open-topped trucks and railcars as well as silo vehicles and containers with free flowing, dry, dusty to flinty bulk solids. Silo vehicles can be loaded maximal since the Rondo is fitted with a discharge cone. Characteristics of the bulk solid, different filling level indicators are used.

The docking device type NW 200 is used for loading of small containers with dry, free flowing bulk solids. Like all loading systems developed by Stanelle the NW 200 is characterized by reliability, precision and high durability.
Transverse and longitudinal positioning device QLV 400
The loading spout positioner QLV 400 enables an exact positioning of telescopic loading spouts when loading silo vehicles and railcars. Activated by pneumatic cylinders a lateral and longitudinal movement of 200 mm in each direction from the center allows comfortable and precise loading from the control room.

FILLING PIPE COUPLINGS CONNEX
The STANELLE - CONNEX® Pipe - Coupling System provides the economically most favorable sealing and joining of conveyor pipelines. Pipelines for the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials are subject to heavy wear. Flanged joints, with their seals and off - centered construction, create turbulence and wear. The CONNEX® pipe couplings center the pipes offset - and vortex - free and the exterior gaskets seal the pipeline tightly. An inlaid stainless steel tape ensures potential equalization against the build - up of static electricity. For extreme application conditions, e.g. high temperatures or heavy vibration, we provide pipe couplings with special extension arms which enforce the connection.
Mobile Big-Bag – filling station VARIO BB-S
Mobile Big-Bag – filling station VARIO BB-S Mobile: The filling station can be easily moved with a forklift on-site. Multiple use of RONDO/QUADRO: The existing STANELLE jet loaders RONDO/QUADRO normally for open and closed truck loading can also be used for Big Bag loading. An adaptation to existing loading systems is also avalible as an option. Flexible: Perfect height adjustment due to two trapezoidal screws enable: a) the filling of Big Bags with filling heights up 1.550 mm / optional 2.000 mm b) the adaptation to different filling hose lengths depending on the Big Bag manufacturer Big Bags up to 1400 x 1360 mm ground size fit into our VARIO BB-S. Environmentally friendly: The filling-dome has an aspiration outlet to connect to a central dust extraction. Optionally, a version with a direct filter mounting BELFI with on-site material can be adapted. Continuous loading process: The implemented vacuum valve ensures an unwanted contraction of Big Bag and / or bellow. Weighing unit: The weighing table is completely decoupled from the previous inflatable sleeve and butterfly valve and therefore a maximum weighing accuracy can be achieved. Stanelle ZEWAFI Cement Weight Station Filter
The Stanelle Filter Type ZEWAFI is a fully automatic filter with lateral mounted pressure vessel for dedusting of scales. The ZEWAFI is equipped with pressure valve, solenoid valve. Required operation air pressure 2 – 4 bar. The maximum standard operation temperature is 100 °C. In connection with Stanelle Mixing filter type Mixfi, the Zewafi / Mixfi is a proper / intelligent solution for mixing plants with weighting systems.
