Sweco FUSION SCREENS - patented design with fused gasket
Fusion Screens are a revolutionary screen developed from a new technology that "fuses" the screen mesh to the tension ring. Fusion Screens have been designed to eliminate the use of adhesive, epoxy or silicone in screen manufacturing resulting in a unitary construction that minimizes the potential for contamination. Added benefits include precise repeatable tensioning and engineered uniform integral strain relief created from the complex robotic manufacturing process.

Low profile separator
The SWECO LX Low Profile Flow-Thru Separator allows for high capacity wet or dry scalping in a compact, low headroom design. Dual motors mounted on opposite sides of the LX allow unrestricted flow of material and create the 3-D motion that allows oversize material full discharge, keeping the screen clear for maximum product flow. Its low headroom requirements (as little as 15 inches) and straight flow design, allow the LX to fit easily into existing product lines without reworking the entire system
Sweco CLASSIC Separator - the budgetary design with short lead time
The SWECO Classic Separator offers great value, quick delivery, and the performance you are accustomed to receiving from SWECO brand equipment. Available in 30-, 48-, and 60-inch diameter models, the Classic features a rugged, proven design backed by SWECO and the industry’s most experienced sales engineers. Features of the Classic Separator include a 12 month motor warranty, no-tools vibration adjustment, no-tools screen center tie-downs, easily accessible motor lubrication points and a hinged base door for easy weight access. The Classic separator has been optimally designed to support a wide range of basic separations. With drives and frames in stock, the Classic can be delivered in approximately two weeks or less, and because it is offered in standard configurations, a significant cost-savings has been realized and passed on to the customer. Sweco HX Separator
The SWECO HX™ Series Round Separator improves technology and performance while increasing safety and simplifying clean-up and maintenance. The new HX features the ProGlide™, a new top and bottom “no-tools” weight system, which presents fine proportional motion adjustment, enabling the user to move a single weight set radially to dial in on the optimal horizontal and vertical amplitude and force to improve efficiency and throughput. A new lower weight guard encloses the motor and lower weight assembly, reducing the risk of reach-in injuries while complying with CE Standards. The new guard can be easily removed without disassembling the drive.
