Fluidisation silo
Tamtron fluidisation solutions offer a solution for material transfer based on fluidizing fine bulk material. Fluidization is an energy-efficient method. With expert design and implementation, fluidization equipment enables bulk material to be moved by gravity in a fluid-like manner. Because there are no motors, energy consumption is significantly reduced, and production process efficiency is increased. A small low-pressure air flow is passed through from the bottom of the hose at the material-hose interface, causing the material to flow through the hose at angles of inclination as low as 3-6 degrees.

Big bag unloading station to mixer or conveyor
Unloading stations features - Safety secured by control system design, and with accessories required by the norms - Dustless connection from a big bag to the unloading cone - The unloading station can be equipped with a scale - Unloading to a slurry mixer or a screw inlet, for instance

Big bag and container loading stations
Loading stations features - Can be equipped with scale – also legal for trade certified for commercial needs - Dustless connection to the big bag - Possibility to use vibration for securing big bags filling with complex materials - Big bag can be hanging or standing on a pallet
Dosing in materials’ manufacturing process
Examples of technology available - LIW (Loss In Weight) feeders for continuous dosing of raw materials - Silo weighing combined with flap valves or screws for batch dosing - System-level dosing automation integrable to factory-level automation

Conveyor belt scale
Benefits - A more accurate weighing result is achieved with a high-quality conveyor belt scale - Single roller belt scale is a reliable and cost-efficient high-quality, simple scale for process weighing - Periodic checks and maintenance guarantee a long service life - Due to its low construction, the belt scale can be easily and quickly installed on an existing belt conveyor - Multi-roller belt scale gives the most accurate weighing result

Big bag filling station
Tamtron designs and manufactures big bag scales and big bag filling and unloading stations for commercial or non-commercial use according to the customer’s needs. Our versatile big bag filling and unloading solutions are ideally suited and adapted to different needs. Tamtron has supplied hundreds of them to the food, chemical, construction, and metal industries. All dry, free-flowing materials are suitable for bagging. For example: fertilizers, animal feed, flakes, cereals, other cereal products, sugar, metallurgical concentrates (copper, nickel, zinc, cobalt, etc.), wood pellets, floor screeds, cement, circular-economy products, mulch, peat, etc.
