ceratel® 5910 Ceramic-Feeder Hose
ceratel® 5910 is a robust high-performance conveyor hose with a black corrugated cover, designed for the transport of extremely abrasive bulk materials. The small bending radius (compared to conventional conveying hoses) and the long service life predestine the conveying hose for use where high demands and low maintenance are required. Ceramic platelets (Al2O3) are incorporated in the rubber lining of the hose with the result that abrasion resistance of the inner lining of ceratel® 5910 is considerably increased compared to conventional material handling hoses made of rubber or rubber-coated metal pipes. The excellent flexibility of ceratel® 5910 confirms the chosen design of the hose and makes it an easy to install, versatile and economical solution in process and plant engineering. ceratel® 5910 is the result of a proven combination of rubber and ceramics.
ET Easy Box - Analogue wear monitoring
The ET Easy Box is a leak detection unit for monitoring hose wear and is compatible with the ceratel® 5910. The ET Easy Box works with a signal cable that is continuously integrated into the hose wall and triggers an optical signal when the critical wear level of the inner layer of the hose is reached. The cable is routed to the outside at both ends and can be connected either locally or to a PLC control system. Easy integration into various wear monitoring systems makes the ET Easy Box an important component for effective monitoring and safety in production. Available with power supply (220V) or battery supply.
controtel – Digital leakage monitoring
With controtel, delivery hose lines can be monitored digitally from a distance. When the wear limit is reached, controtel sends a message by SMS or e-mail before a leak occurs in the monitored delivery line. Continuous system monitoring is integrated. Permanent testing of the lines for pressure, temperature and humidity is also possible as an option. GRANIT Select – Flange coupling
The GRANIT Select hose connectors are matched to the conveyor hose system in terms of design, material and safety. The material used is light-weight, strong and heat-resistant. The couplings can also be treated with a chemical-resistant surface coating. The dimensions of the flange bores correspond to DIN 2501 PN 10 and ANSI 16.5 (150 PSI). When used with the appropriate polypropylene or EPDM flat gaskets, a secure full flow hose connection is created.
GRANIT Plus – Flange Coupling
GRANIT Plus consists of a metal-reinforced rubber molded part and a two-part flange to be attached behind it. The flanges are used for hoses, which are mainly used in heavy industry and mining, but due to their reliability and practicality they are also suitable for a number of other applications. The most important advantage of the loose flange is the free, unobstructed central flow in the connection point, the elimination of elastomer seals and the and the possibility of free flange alignment, as well as the short design.
