BLACKLINE Inner Belt Scraper
The BLACKLINE inner belt scraper was designed for installation in the inner belt in order to effectively prevent caking on the reversing drum. The discharge side can be freely selected. It can be equipped with hard metal or polyurethane upon customer request.
BLACKLINE Compact Reverse Scraper
Der BLACKLINE Compact Reversier Abstreifer ist ein Hauptabstreifer für trockene sowie nasse Materialien. Durch seine verbauten Torsionselemente wird ein gleichbleibender sowie gleichmäßiger Anpressdruck gewährleistet. Dieser Abstreifer wurde speziell für Reversierbänder entwickelt und besitzt eine automatische Abstellung und Rückstelleinrichtung bei Änderung der Gurtlaufrichtung. Durch diese speziell entwickelte Automatik, kommt der Abstreifer komplett ohne Kosten- und Wartungsintensive Hydraulik- oder Elektrofunktionen aus. Dadurch behält auch er seinen geringen Wartungsaufwand.
BLACKLINE Compact Scraper
The BLACKLINE Compact scraper is a main scraper for wet and dry materials. The built-in torsion elements ensure consistent and even contact pressure. It can be equipped with hard metal, ceramic hard metal or polyurethane upon customer request and is suitable for many different belt widths and belt speeds. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it requires little maintenance.
Parabolic-hard-metal-bar-scraper
The Parabolic Scraper is designed for older belts that are worn in the middle. More Tension is in the middle of the scraper than on the sides. This scraper comes either with Telescopic for easier handling or without. It is recommended with Telescopic for the bigger belts. The Blade is exchangeable with blades either of Hard Metal or Polyurethane. The blade is a solid Blade, meaning no Segments unlike other conventional scrapers. This makes Blade changes as well as maintenance on the scraper quicker and much easier. Due to the nature of this Scrapers solid Blade, there is most often no need for a secondary scraper to be installed as well. This Scraper is manufactured locally and has proven itself over the years. This Scraper is patented in South Africa and other countries in the world.
BLACKLINE Profile Belt Scraper
The BLACKLINE profile belt scraper was specially developed for chevron belts and cleated and conveyor belts with profiles. Its specially finger-shaped polyurethane segments ensure consistent and efficient cleaning of these special belts.
SILVERLINE FE Scraper
The SILVERLINE FE scraper is a pre-scraper and offers very gentle cleaning on the belt thanks to its spring-mounted and individually adjustable segments. This clever design ensures constant contact pressure and at the same time low maintenance. Thanks to its specially developed flexible design, low installation heights are also possible. The Scraper was developed so that it can also be used in high temperature ranges.
SILVERLINE PU Scraper
The SILVERLINE PU scraper is a pre-scraper that was specially developed and optimized for sticky materials. It is also particularly suitable for conveyor systems where belts of different thicknesses have been connected to one another. The segments made from the polyurethane mixture specially developed for us are particularly durable and therefore require little maintenance. We are currently developing a new heat-resistant polyurethane mixture together with our supplier so that this scraper can also be used in high temperature ranges.
Impact Absorber Station
The impact absorber station absorbs the falling energy of the bulk material and thus increases the durability of the belt.
Belt Steering Station
The upper belt steering station ensures reliable centering of the upper belt.
