OPTIMIZATION of existing sorting systems
Sometimes existing systems need an extension or implementation of further equipment. We analyze the requirements, identifies the deviations between the target and actual status and develops implementation plans to optimize your plant in a cost- and time-efficient manner.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Most projects start with an idea. We support our clients allowing this idea to grow and develop customized solutions for solving your problems. We like the challenge and thinking out of the box. At this first stage of the project, we define targets, framework conditions and outline possible approaches.
FEASIBILITY STUDY
In the early stage of the process, we examine wheather the project is viable. Based on the concept development we support you to find the right technology. We take a pragmatic approach and provide actual proof of technical feasibility with test trials. Furthermore, budget estimations, flow charts, layout arrangements and machine lists are part of the feasibility study phase.
BASIC ENGINEERING
We develop solutions during the design planning phase, where all relevant technical and economic requirements are taken into account.
DETAIL ENGINEERING
We provide "ready-to-go" documents such as detailed arrangements, equipment specifications, detailed process flow diagrams, etc.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our experienced engineers support you in a wide range of organisation tasks. It doesn’t matter whether we provide support in the tendering phase, elaboration of RFPs (request for proposals) or support your procurement department in acquiring equipment, materials, and services for the realization of your process plant.
INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT
As part of the project management, we coordinate and form the interface between specialist planners, suppliers and trades. We ensure that the installation runs smoothly and find pragmatic solutions when technical problems arise. Thereby we have always a focus on the costs and timeline of the project. As an INDEPENDENT company we work hand in hand with your selected partners.
COMMISIONING MANAGEMENT
XORTION Engineering supports you during the commissioning of your process plant. We conduct site acceptance tests, cold and hot commissioning, and performance trials for you. Our experienced engineers understand the technical intricacies of your plant and optimize its operating parameters to ensure that your requirements are met.
