Straßenbauer:in (m/w/d)
Your contribution to our company: Performing standard tasks in road and civil engineering; operating small equipment and machinery (e.g., wheel loaders); participating in regional construction projects. What we are looking for: Successfully completed vocational training as a road builder; relevant professional experience; teamwork, reliability, and commitment; independent work ethic and sense of responsibility; Class B drivers license.
Bauleiter:in (m/w/d) Straßen- und Tiefbau
Your contribution to our team: Planning and independent construction management of regional construction projects, taking into account technical and economic objectives; negotiations with clients, building owners, and subcontractors; coordination of personnel, equipment, and subcontractor deployment; monitoring of construction progress and conducting site performance reviews. What we are looking for: A completed degree in civil engineering (university of applied sciences/technical university) or comparable qualification; several years of experience as a construction manager in road construction (desirable); user knowledge of a billing/calculation program, ideally RIB iTWO; entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as an independent, committed, and responsible work ethic.
