Inside Sales Service Specialist (m/f/d)
- You prepare quotations for our national and international customers in collaboration with all relevant departments and ensure consistent follow‑up.
- You manage existing quotations, sales opportunities, and leads in a structured manner and proactively reach out to our customers.
- You support the entire inside sales process – from the initial inquiry to the final contract conclusion.
- Your responsibilities include order verification and releasing orders for further processing.
- You use your strong communication skills effectively to build and maintain customer relationships.
- You record customer complaints and coordinate their internal handling.
- Last but not least, you support our transition to a new ERP system, including data preparation.
