Order Processing and Shipping Clerk (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
• Comprehensive commercial order processing in national and international business
• Independent management and coordination of all shipping and export processes
• Ensuring timely and smooth delivery in coordination with customers, sales, freight forwarders, and authorities
• Preparation and review of all commercially and customs-related documents in export business
• Handling of letters of credit and collection procedures
• Management of freight inquiries as well as evaluation and optimization of transport costs
• Processing and clarification of special logistical cases and transport damage
• Completion of Intrastat declarations (import and export)
• Maintenance and further development of customer and shipping-related master data as well as participation in process optimization
Your profile:
• You have completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience (>2 years) in order processing and shipping
• Good knowledge of standard software and ERP programs
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Reliability, teamwork, and customer focus
