Your tasks – multifaceted and varied
- You carry out service activities (focus on Germany/Europe, but also worldwide) on weighing and dosing systems. This includes assembly, commissioning, supervision, coordination as well as technical and procedural customer support
- You also carry out maintenance work and repairs as well as troubleshooting and fault elimination on existing devices and systems
- You support our customers in operating the systems correctly by training and instructing the operators on site
- In addition, you temporarily support our teams on the hotline and in the technical center
