Open Heavy-Duty Belt

The open link belt differs noticeably from our standard belt designs, yet it maintains the high technical performance associated with Allert products. Its open construction with individually mounted plates provides a permeability of approximately 72%, making it well suited for use in thermal processes (heating or freezing systems) as well as industrial washing systems for large production parts.
A key strength of the belt is its robust load capacity: depending on the configuration, it can reliably transport loads of up to 250 kg/m, supported by its stable axle design. This makes it a solid choice for handling heavy or large-format components.
