PCC-NP: Economical bulk material conveying for standard applications

At HECHT, we know that every move counts in industrial production - as does every budget. With the PCC-NP, we are expanding our portfolio with a particularly attractive solution for pneumatic bulk material conveying, especially for free-flowing powders and granulates over short distances.

The new HECHT ProClean Conveyor - Non Pressure (PCC-NP) was developed to solve simple conveying tasks efficiently, safely and cost-effectively - e.g. when feeding tablet presses, filling systems or when transferring into closed systems. Our customers benefit from price savings of up to 60 % compared to standard conveyors - and with the usual high HECHT quality.

Thanks to its purely pneumatic control, compact design and tool-free filter change, the PCC-NP is not only particularly easy to maintain, but can also be easily integrated into existing production systems. With a conveying capacity of up to 1,500 l/h (depending on the product and route), it reliably covers many classic applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Naturally, the PCC-NP also fulfils important safety requirements: With ATEX certification for Zone 22 (indoors), it is also ideally suited for areas with a risk of dust explosion.
