      The Stanelle-Loader Filter BELFI is used in particular in conjunction with a Stanelle loading spout for direct dedusting and dust recovery during loading processes on silo vehicles and containers. Owing to its compact design it can also be used to de-dust air conveying passages, encapsulated conveyor silos, and bunkers that are filled without pressurization. The choice of high-quality materials and the optimal surface lining make this filter ideal for applications on virtually all sectors. During the design the focus was placed specifically on the problem-free return of filter dust into the silo vehicle.

      The Stanelle Filter Type ZEWAFI is a fully automatic filter with lateral mounted pressure vessel for dedusting of scales. The ZEWAFI is equipped with pressure valve, solenoid valve. Required operation air pressure 2 – 4 bar. The maximum standard operation temperature is 100 °C. In connection with Stanelle Mixing filter type Mixfi, the Zewafi / Mixfi is a proper / intelligent solution for mixing plants with weighting systems.

      The ts-systemfilter star filters are manufactured in-house, so that an almost unlimited number of geometries are possible. The right filter medium is selected for each application. PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) is particularly suitable for high temperatures up to 160 °C. It is resistant to hydrolysis and has very good chemical resistance. It is also optionally available with a PTFE membrane. With this design, the support bandage is made from the filter medium and the end plates and the longitudinal seam are cast with silicone in order to achieve high temperature resistance.

      Statics

      Silos fall under the legislation for structures - i.e. a static calculation according to a European-wide standard (EN 1090) is mandatory. In order to be able to guarantee a smooth process from the planning to the installation of the silo, we also consistently implement this service "in-house". This enables direct coordination between the structural design and the static requirements without detours - by way of a customer-oriented solution finding process. We use the finite element method to calculate forces in and on the silo. This enables us to perform even very complex designs and simulations. (Software: RFEM). Any questions?
