Spiralringe
Spiralring für die Fördergurtreinigung Spiralringe werden auf Standardtragrollen aufgezogen zur Reinigung von Fördergurten eingesetzt. Beim Drehen der Tragrolle befördern die Spiralringe durch taumelnde Bewegung den Schmutz von der Gurtmitte nach außen. Die Spiralringe (Gummiringe) von FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH haben einen permanent festen Sitz auf der Tragrolle und zeichnen sich durch abriebfeste Qualität aus. Neben dem bewährten Standard fertigen wir auch Ringe in Sonderqualität, z. B. weiß-Lebensmittelqualität, öl- und fettbeständig oder für den extremen Temperaturbereich (-40°C bis 180 °C).

Intended for the transport of difficult, materials – suitable for a wide range of moisture contents and viscosities SPIRAC is the global leader in shaftless spiral (screw) conveying and manufacturing with thousands of installations worldwide. This proven technology offers significant cost and operational advantage over alternate methods of screenings, grit and sludge transport. SPIROLINE® conveyors feature a U-trough with a low RPM shaftless spiral riding on a special low friction long life trough liner. Material handling can place a lot of pressure on equipment, as many of the industries SPIRAC serves feature harmful, possibly corrosive substances. With SPIROLINE®, however, maintenance is significantly reduced when compared to traditional conveying methods. The elimination of a central shaft allows a much higher fill rate meaning solutions are more efficient when it comes to conveying, and consequently suffer less wear and power usage.

SPIROTAINER®
SPIROTAINER® Autofilling containment and road transport bin system. Combined with SPIRAC spiral conveyor systems, offensive waste products are transported, stored and removed from site with minimal operator intervention, virtually odour-, vermin- and insect-free. Storage capacity: Nominal volumes up to 25m3. A permanent onboard spiral conveyor and control system provide automated filling and level control while a robust door-sealing system ensures leakproof transport even with a large liquefied component. Standard truck lifting devices are incorporated into the design to facilitate transport. Once it has reached the destination, the SPIROTAINER® is emptied by simply tilting. Spoil Discharge Chute
Application: Chute designed to properly direct the stream of transported material within the transfer station, equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant liner. This version is mounted to the discharge head of the conveyor boom and allows positional adjustment in three planes.

Spoon sampler
A defined amount of product is taken out of the vertical product flow and poured into the outlet. A collecting vessel or plastic bag is filled at the end of the outlet. A special sealing protects the guiding of the longitudinal and rotary movement against the product. The movement is performed manually (pulling and rotating) or by means of a pneumatic actuator. Sprockets are with or without teeth (return sprockets) and wear-resistant due to the hardening on the teeth. These sprockets have a symetrical hub and are divisible, making them easy to (dis) assemble. The following versions are available ex stock.

Square pipe construction, INGMA, made in Bad Lobenstein, is available in sizes 200 and 250 made of 3.0 mm steel sheet in painted and galvanized, in sizes 300 and 350 also in 4.0 mm wall thickness.
For abrasive products, wear protection can be optionally installed in the pipe to match the product. There are options from coatings to linings such. B. with Rhino Hyde. For drives with an electric motor, you can also choose between a rear-mounted drive with spindle or a bottom-mounted drive with gear. In the standard version, the limit switches are designed as inductive proximity switches with 24v or 230V. With the dust-free shut-off set, the outlet slides can also be used for powdery products and ensure permanent dust-free shut-off. It is also possible to combine it with the commercially available round pipe system using the type 1 and type 2 transition pieces. Type 1 can be used both for the transition from round to square systems and vice versa. Type 2 can only be used from round to square systems, with the advantage that construction height can be saved here.
