Chain wheels, Toothed Segments and Return Idlers

Our standard chain wheels are manufacured from C45 material and the toothed profiles can either be flame or inductive hardened. For high wear resistant requirements, tooth segments can be manufactured from the entire range of various steels available on the market. For example, the following materials could be used, 42CrMo4 and 16MnCr5 inductive hardened, or 14NiCr14 and 17CrNiMo6, case hardened.
Also the sprocket sets made by BRANSCHEID are not only flame cut but each tooth is accurately CNC-milled to maximize the lifetime of the chain wheel.
