Conveyor System Series LineDrive

With traditional vibration conveyor systems, the bulk material being moved is “thrown” forward in a parabolic trajectory, which can damage or degrade the product. On the other hand the conveyor system of the series LineDrive uses a pneumatic linear drive that causes material to slide along the conveyor trough.

The flow rate can be adapted to the specific properties of the material to be conveyed by controlling the compressed air. For conveyor systems longer than two meters, the trough is supported by the LineDrive carrier. The coupling of several LineDrive drives allows the transfer of larger loads.
