Dedusting filter with cartridge filters (star filters) or hose filters

The modular system of ts-systemfilter makes it easy to find the suitable filter apparatus for your application. The system is variable and can thus be adapted individually. Special designs, individual pieces and small series of all kinds can be made to sample or drawing. Also modifications to existing filter systems are possible.

To regenerate the filter area jet cleaning by time mode or by differential pressure control as well as cleaning by the shaker motor is possible. Extension systems such as weather covers and sound absorber hoods, fans and rotary valves or various dust pots are also available. Additional safety components such as a signal tower for optical differential pressure display, pressure relief on the clean gas side, bursting device, pressure compensation valve or safety filter are also possible.

The filter apparatus make a significant contribution to sustainability. As example, replaceable support tubes are used to fix the filter cartridges. When replacing the star filters, only the filter surface needs to be disposed, the support body can be reused.
