AI-controlled DiscSpreader automove:

Currently, disc spreading machines require manual adjustments when the input material is modified. To avoid this, we teamed with leading AI developers from the Technical University of Cologne and developed a solution that automatically orients the discs using Artificial Intelligence. With a camera above the conveyor, it is possible to monitor how the material is distributed. The gathered data allows the disc to adjust automatically and spread the material perfectly. Indeed, our research proved that a single disc is enough to obtain the same results
