Extraction Hoods

MOTEC develops and designs intake elements specifically tailored to the needs of our customers. Our target is to capture the substances that are released directly at source, thus protecting the environment from contamination. For this purpose, we find solutions for a wide range of applications, e.g. filling and filling processes, cleaning and working stations, transport-, mixing and grinding processes, as well as sorting systems.
Our intake elements are Vortex Extraction Hoods and Vortex Slot Extraction Units. Compared to conventional suction hoods, these are significantly more efficient with the same or even lower suction volume flow. Our intake elements are distinguished by a particularly uniform detection performance over the entire detection opening.
Particular attention is paid to the design of the Vortex Extraction Hoods and Vortex Slot Extraction Units in order to preserve the freedom of the employees and not to create an additional source of disturbance.
