With the new Herding® PHI filter element, Herding sets new benchmarks in filtration technology, offering a replacement solution for conventional bag filter systems that is superior, both economically and technologically. As the ideal alternative, Herding® PHI combines all proven advantages of the Herding® Sinter-Plate Filters with exceptionally short amortization times and maximum operational reliability. The significant reduction in waste, thanks to remarkably long service life, substantially lowers disposal costs.

Herding® PHI covers a wide range of applications at temperatures up to 100 °C and ensures reliable separation of even the finest particles, achieving clean gas values of < 0.5 mg/Bm³. Its compact design provides four times the filter area compared to bag filters of the same size.
