Various cleaning solutions for the screening surface can be chosen. Also it is possible to grade various fractions by multi-deck screening machines. Various Screen Surfaces and Designs

Dimensioning the screen surface depends on the conveying good. For example coffee beans, pellets or animal feed ingredients are graded through spring steel wire mesh screens, either square or rectangular aligned into downstream direction. For mining, recycling or rock and gravel applications grid screens, perforated steel plates or bar grate screens are a good solution. But also perforated synthetic or rubber surfaces are a feasible choice being wear resistant for the dewatering of abrasive goods. As you can see, we have many options getting the best performance possible.
