Thanks to its modular design, MICRODEX™ can be seamlessly integrated into a wide variety of production processes, significantly reducing residual quantities compared to conventional
dosing screws. The compact design allows for easy installation and intuitive operation. Smooth, joint-free inner surfaces ensure quick and thorough cleaning – ideal even for highly sensitive applications such as the production of baby food. For maximum flexibility, MICRODEX™ can be equipped with an additional fine dosing screw at the outlet.
This allows both larger production quantities to be handled efficiently and precise, reproducible micro-quantities to be dosed. This unique dual function increases productivity, reduces waste and optimises process control in the long term.
