Separation of heavy particles in pneumatic conveying systems

The bulk material is pneumatically transported into the special and patented ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS, where the lighter particles are separated from heavier ones by a vertical gravity sifting process.

Without any further separation air, the air flow of the pneumatic transport system is used for the separation. The lighter particles leave the ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS in the top and continue the pneumatic transport. The heavier particles are discharged in the bottom of the separator by slide gates during the pneumatic conveying.
