The combination of robust cast steel housings and Timken high-performance spherical roller bearings provides effective protection against contamination, especially in conjunction with modern primary and secondary sealing systems. Optional steel covers provide an additional protective barrier against external influences and harsh environmental conditions.

Thanks to the spherical roller bearings in solid housings, these units can be used reliably even with shaft misalignments of up to 1.5° without compromising the expected service life or operational reliability.
