Rotor

The SHW rotor is the ideal discharge unit for nearly all poorly flowing bulk materials. The drag arm position and drive torque automatically adapt to the flow behavior of the bulk material.

The system is highly versatile and is particularly suitable for bulk material reception and intermediate storage. It is specifically designed for round silos with diameters of up to 7 meters and enables uniform bulk material distribution throughout the entire process chain.

In combination with the proven SHW unloading system, stable bulk material bridging can be effectively prevented, even in silos with unfavorable geometries.

Discharge is continuous and reliable, with a conveying capacity of up to 300 cubic meters per hour per discharge screw. Up to six discharge screws can be fed simultaneously, ensuring exceptionally high operational efficiency.

Thanks to its extremely robust design, the system offers high availability and a long service life. An optional wear protection system can be integrated to provide extended durability, even when handling highly abrasive bulk materials. The maintenance-friendly design simplifies operation and minimizes downtime.
