Shaftless Spiral Conveyors

The shaftless spiral conveyor from SPIRAC ensures higher fill rate and lower speeds resulting in less wear and therefore less maintenance and downtime.
Although the spirals can be made from many different types of material, the primary material is a special steel from Sweden that has mechanical properties that give the SPIRAC coil a very high tensile strength. SPIRAC shaftless spiral conveyors are designed for transporting materials that are otherwise difficult to handle, such as dewatered sludge, screenings, grit, industrial sludge and other sticky, viscous, fibrous materials.
