Sliding frame

An ideal discharge unit for poorly flowing bulk materials and slurries.
The frame is hydraulically driven. Optionally, the frame can be designed in two or three sections, each driven offset from one another.The system is suitable for bulk material intake
as intermediate storage with up to 1,500m³ capacity, and for loading silos.

It can be installed in round silos with diameters of up to 8m and achieves a discharge capacity of
up to 300m³/h per screw.

In combination with up to five discharge screws, the sliding frame ensures uniform material removal across the entire silo cross-section. The system is characterized by high operational reliability, efficient residual emptying, and a maintenance-friendly design.
