Small Screens

The JOEST small screen is a particularly compact version of a linear vibrating screen, specifically designed for fine and coarse screening of small material quantities. Equipped with JOEST’s proven JD dosing drives, the system is ideally suited for separating oversized particles, fines, or dust – for example, in plastic granulate processing, the food industry, or the chemical sector.

Thanks to clamped screen troughs and a modular, easily accessible design, the small screen allows for especially quick and thorough cleaning – a clear advantage in applications with frequent product changes. The infinitely adjustable vibration amplitude is controlled via an integrated thyristor controller, allowing precise adaptation of the machine to the screening material.
