J4-MPC – Managed Production Cell

The J4-MPC is a compact production cell that combines trajectory mixing with automated container handling.
It replaces large batch mixers, conveyors and cleaning systems with a flexible, container-based production concept.

Materials are mixed in closed containers that are automatically loaded, processed and exchanged – instead of cleaning machines.
This enables fast product changeovers, low work-in-progress and highly reproducible batches.
