Products
GURTEC GUP Roller
The GUP carrying roller series for light applications guarantees consistent quality with high productivity and fast availability thanks to fully automatic production. It is offered with axle diameters of 20mm.
GURTEC GST Roller
For conveyor systems with higher conveying capacities, which run under difficult conditions or require axle diameters of 25 - 40mm, we offer the GST idler roller series.
Gurtec wear protection plates
Gurtec wear protection plates are the ideal solution for the individual protection of your mobile or stationary equipment. They consist of flexible, modular, corrugated, lightweight wear plates and profiles and can be easily cut to size on site. Steel-reinforced and extra-hard rubber plates are used for highly demanding applications to absorb high impact forces and minimize noise emissions. Ceramic coverings offer protection against sliding wear on fine material. Almost any component can be lined using custom-made products. Typical applications include truck troughs, feeders, chutes, hoppers or transfer points. When developing our range of wear protection products, we focused on high-performance and - in the interests of the environment - recyclable materials.

Belt Monitoring System HX270
The HX270 on-line conveyor belt condition monitoring solution is used in production critical conveyors, that require continuous monitoring. The system is fitted with a constant reference point that tracks potential belt harm in every belt loop. An alarm is raised when new belt damage occurs, or existing damage is worsened.
