About us
MAP GmbH (formerly EMT GmbH) was founded in 1993 as a subsidiary of WAM GmbH and belongs to the association of WAMGROUP. In Altlußheim (Germany) industrial mixers for Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia are distributed. MAP’s business consists of commissioning and after-sales service on site, as well as the integration of additional system components. At the company's premises in Altlußheim MAP operates its own test laboratory which enables them to execute a great variety of mixing tests in collaboration with its clients.
Relying on thousands of application references from all over the world, today MAP is able to supply their mixers to virtually all industries.

Single-Shaft Ribbon Blenders WBR
The WBR ribbon blender adds another lightweight series to the portfolio of ribbon blenders. With the WBR, dry powders, granulates or short fibres can be gently moistened, agglomerated or granulated. The mixer is particularly suitable for mixing a variety of fragile or temperature-sensitive products in the food industry. Small quantities of liquids or low-viscosity pastes can be added during the mixing process. Compared to the WBN ribbon blender from MAP, which has been used successfully in various industries for many years, the WBR is specialized for light products. The customer therefore receives a solution that is optimally tailored to their requirements and can be individually configured with additional options or accessories. These include one or more inspection flaps, trough lids with inlet and venting nozzles, a cleaning system as pre-equipment (CIP) and a pneumatic control panel. Various surfaces are also possible - from food-safe to a mirror-polished finish. The WBR is available in nominal sizes from 100 to 5500 liters.
