3D COMBI Flip-Flow Screen
The SPALECK 3D COMBI Flip-Flow Screen is an efficient 2-in-1 solution for recycling your material. It combines both 3D and Flip-Flow technology, offering cost savings in steel construction, space, and equipment. The 3D screening elements ensure accurate grain sizing with minimal long pieces or extraneous materials for the Flip-Flow system in the lower deck. The Flip-Flow screen features screwless screen mats, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning. This combined system reduces the need for additional conveying equipment, steel structures, and space, optimizing your entire recycling line. The design enhances product loosening and recirculation on the upper deck while increasing the lifespan of Flip-Flow screen mats by relieving them through the cascaded 3D deck above. Recycling Waste Screen
The SPALECK Recycling Waste Screen is a vibratory screen with circular motion, powered by a three-phase AC drive. Its impact area is equipped with a blind-bottom that ensures efficient use of the screening surface, optimal material flow, and extends the lifespan of subsequent screening elements while reducing material blockages. This screen offers nearly blockage-free operation, even with varying materials, and ensures pure screening fractions with top screening quality. High performance is achieved through a maximised open screen area. Material is efficiently loosened and homogenised by combining cascades with gate bars. Our SPALECK bar sizers and finger screens are the ideal solution for pre-separation and coarse screening of a wide variety of bulky screenings. The SPALECK bar sizer is designed as a linear vibrating screen and is driven by two unbalance motors. The individually arranged bars allow screening with different gap widths.
