KREISEL rotary valves are produced in a wide range of versions for theoretical volume flows of up to 2,700 cubic metres per hour. They have proven themselves for many years in process engineering systems for environmental and bulk material technology in many sectors. Rotary feeders are used to deliver bulk materials with constant volume flow rates from containers to connected system components or conveyor systems, and for metering. For example, they are used under filters and cyclones, to extract bulk materials from air conveying circuits with minimal pressure loss. Via mixers, dryers and mills, they are used for volumetric metered feed of the bulk material in continuous mixing and processing processes with an air seal, and also as a thermal shield. interVIB GmbH supports steel mills and foundries improving their scrap metal quality. The key equipment, besides a magnetic drum, is the Linear Vibratory Screen VSL with special designed 3D-screening cassettes. The surface is designed to operate jam and clog free, including a high life time. This special vibratory screen takes out fines like sand and rust dust, improving the scrap metal quality. This reduces the energy consumption of the furnace and the unwanted amount of slag. By taking out unwanted fines, which can be up to 10% of the scrap volume, and the downstream operating magnetic drum MD, a scrap purity of 99.5% can be achieved The complete set up includes a metering vibratory feeder TCV, the vibratory screen VSL, the magnetic drum MD and a vibratory trough conveyor TCV collecting the fines and the non-ferrous material. Capacities of 25 – 200 to/hr can be realized. It is possible to rent out a semi-transportable testing device, either to trail the set up or to examine the delivered scrap metal qualities at your site.

There are countless names for profiled and cleated conveyor belts – but they all share the same major challenge: effective cleaning. Conventional carbide scrapers are not an option due to the belt profiles, leaving many systems without any cleaning solution or relying on expensive, high‑wear brush systems. While the cleaning effect can never match that of a smooth belt, a dedicated scraper system can still deliver impressive results. The Switch&Lock 360 quick coupling from Michel Tube is characterized by its simple operation, in which the operator only has to put the male and female parts together - without paying attention to the positioning of the female coupling. When assembling, no sealing resistance has to be overcome, as a special seal is used in the system. The coupling is clearly heard and seen by the locking bolt, as it is equipped with a visual gauge / red-backed marking. This means that it can be immediately recognized, especially in poorly accessible locations or at a distance, whether the system is correctly locked. Unlocking the system - even with vibrations - is basically impossible. Due to the guidance of the two bodies and the radii attached to the sockets, it is extremely easy for the operator to thread them in cleanly despite torsion on the hose. The sockets slide over each other first, and then the delivery pipe dips into the socket. The system impresses with two guide tubes, which ensure mechanical stability. The coupling can be inserted at any angle of 360°. To release it, the specially shaped spring bolt is lifted with one hand or two hands. The coupling is available in three materials and therefore price ranges, with the entry-level version consisting of a plastic housing, followed by a version made of aluminum or stainless steel for highly sensitive requirements. As the pipe adapter is always made of stainless steel, the Switch&Lock 360 coupling is generally - in all versions - only equipped with stainless steel parts in contact with the product. If the complete stainless steel version is selected, the system consists of almost 100% stainless steel.

J4-MPC – Managed Production Cell The J4-MPC is a compact production cell that combines trajectory mixing with automated container handling.
