      Mit SGH VibraPads wird der Austrag schwer fließender bzw. brückenbildender Schüttgüter aus Silos, Behältern und Trichtern wirkungsvoll unterstützt. Sie funktionieren in der Weise, dass über die Zufuhr dosierter Druckluft von außen das Produkt von der Behälterwand gelöst und das Pad in Vibration versetzt werden. Diese Vibrationen übertragen sich auf das Schüttgut, das wiederum in Schwingung versetzt wird. Auf die Weise wird eine sogenannte „Brückenbildung“, wovon man spricht, wenn sich über der Auslauföffnung eine Art stabiles Gewölbe ausbildet, so dass der Schüttgutfluss zu erliegen kommt, vermieden. Das Produkt kann aufgrund der Vibrationen und der Belüftung abfließen. Die SGH VibraPads sollen ausschließlich bei Produktabzug intervallartig und mit dosierter Luft betrieben werden. Sie dienen also nur dem Abfluss von stockendem/schlecht fließendem Schüttgut aus einem Behälter. Oftmals genügt ein einziger Impuls dosierter Luft und das Schüttgut kann abfließen. Sie sind nicht dafür bestimmt, die Austragung einer bestimmten Menge an Schüttgut in einer bestimmten Zeit zu gewährleisten. Das SGH VibraPad ist seit Jahren für die schnelle und einfache Möglichkeit zur Außenmontage bekannt. Mit der patentgeschützten SGH VibraPad Außenmontage können bestehende Silos in kürzester Zeit auch von außen bestückt oder nachgerüstet werden.
