YOUR TASKS • Assembly, commissioning and maintenance of belt conveyor components such as conveyor belt scrapers • Service calls from your place of residence • Sales support, technical advice to customers

Your tasks – multifaceted and varied - You carry out service activities (focus on Germany/Europe, but also worldwide) on weighing and dosing systems. This includes assembly, commissioning, supervision, coordination as well as technical and procedural customer support - You also carry out maintenance work and repairs as well as troubleshooting and fault elimination on existing devices and systems - You support our customers in operating the systems correctly by training and instructing the operators on site - In addition, you temporarily support our teams on the hotline and in the technical center

Your responsibilities: - You will develop high-performance, production-ready applications in Rust and TypeScript that connect AI models, sensor data, and hardware control. - You will actively contribute to shaping our software architecture – scalable, maintainable, and stable for 24/7 industrial use. - You will integrate AI models into real-world production environments and ensure reliable, traceable operation. - You will work closely with the ML and hardware teams to ensure seamless communication between software, sensors, and actuators. - You will analyze complex systems, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions instead of short-term workarounds. - You value clean code, automated tests, and clearly documented development processes. - You will work with agile methodologies (Scrum) and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups. - You will think beyond the code and consider how your software will perform in real-world operation – for users, customers, and the overall system. - You remain curious and open to new tools, frameworks and AI developments, especially in the Rust and TypeScript ecosystems.
