Your Tasks: • Leadership and development of the office, inside sales, and shipping teams (8 members total), including coaching, onboarding, and performance reviews • Overall responsibility for customer service in the mechanical engineering sector, including quotations, order processing, and escalation management • Main contact for national and international customers and internal stakeholders • Interface between sales, production, logistics, and finance; direct report to Sales Director EMENA • Support sales in contract, pricing, and complex customer situations • Optimization and standardization of customer management, export, and shipping processes • Preparation of management reports, KPIs, and participation in international projects Export & Customs Responsibility • Ensuring compliance with export control, customs, and foreign trade regulations • Definition and application of Incoterms based on contractual, risk, and cost considerations
