PP Woven Bags

In addition to our own PP woven bag manufacturing plant, we also operate an in-house printing facility at the same location. The PPC Series Pharmaceutical Vacuum Conveyors are designed specifically for all applications requiring the highest quality of materials, surfaces and characteristics for all parts in contact with the conveyed materials. These conveyors are mainly used in the Pharmaceutical and Colour/Lacquer industries where their one-piece body design, and electro-polished finish, allow for more accessible internal surfaces with fewer joins, cracks, or crevices for an easier, and more reliably, cleaned conveyor, helping to prevent cross-contamination between products and batches. Precise dosing system
Our Precise dosing system is suitable for powdery and finely grained bulk materials. Please specify the range of grain sizes when making your enquiry. The bulk material must have good conveying and flow properties. The agitator in the inlet area helps to ensure an almost constant filling level. Agglomerates that formed in the silo are broken up and crushed, thus increasing the process reliability even more. In addition, the spindle pitch is progressive, thus reducing the risk of the bulk material compacting inside the feed tube. The screw spiral and housing are precision-finished and therefore display maximum sealing integrity. The removable feed tube makes it easy to clean the screw. Outside bearings are as standard.
