CUSTOMIZED PLASTIC CONVEYOR BELTS Choosing the right conveyor belt is crucial for efficient material transport. Pressure switches/transmitters made of stainless steel are used, for example, for the central filling of wine presses and for product lines containing viscous media or bulk materials whose pressure needs to be monitored. We manufacture these pressure transmitters in two designs: based on a pinch valve with a flat diaphragm. In both cases, the control chamber between the diaphragm/pinch sleeve is filled with a pressure transmitter medium so that the pressure is transferred from the diaphragm/pinch sleeve to the pressure gauge or pressure switch. This prevents the formation of hard-to-clean dead spaces and simultaneously prevents contamination of the actual measuring instrument.

WEICON Plastic-Bond is a solvent-free structural adhesive with very good adhesion to plastics, aluminum, steel and much more. The adhesive is suitable for static as well as dynamic loads, has a high impact and peel strength and a maximum gap filling capacity of 5 mm. Plastic-Bond is particularly suitable for structural bondings where high strength connections are required. It has a high viscosity and is suitable for processing on vertical surfaces. The structural adhesive is universally applicable and can be used, for example, in plastics technology, in metal construction, in car body and vehicle construction, in mechanical engineering, in electrical engineering, in wood processing or in construction works at exhibitions.

Plastopang is a flammable, two-part, clear PVC liquid bonding cement. Excellent for splicing PVC/polyurethane belts, bonding PVC cleats, V guides, and edge walls.

Leering Bulk Solids Heat Exchangersare designed to heat, cool, or condition bulk materialsindirectly —without direct contact between the product and the heat transfer medium. This makes them ideal for granular, powder, or pelletized solid materials. Any dry, free-flowing, and heat-sensitive productcan typically be processed using Leering Bulk Solids Heat Exchangers, provided the particle size is relatively uniform and the material doesn’t cake or clump.
