PM-Tec® for fine dust filtration
PM-Tec filter media is the solution to fulfill the increasingly strict fine dust requirements. They guarantee a minimal dust emission level, therefore near “zero emissions” are possible. Due to the laminated ePTFE membrane on the raw gas side, PM-Tec® filter media separates fine dust in the submicron range on the surface. Pneumatic Ball Vibrators Series NCB
Pneumatic ball vibrators of the series NCB can be used wherever bulk materials need to be moved. They serve in the emptying of bunkers, for preventing bridging, rat-holing and adhesion. When used to drive chutes, sieves and vibrating tables, they ensure that material flow is maintained. The special feature is the simple construction. The rotary vibration is created by the high centrifugal force produced by a circulating steel ball, which runs on hardened, polished steel braces. The frequency, and hence the centrifugal force, can be continuously regulated via the operating pressure.

PNEUMATIC BULK BAG SEAL QUICK DETACH – POLY URETHANE (PBS-QD)
An Inflatable Seal that attaches to a filling head of a filling or emptying station for filling all sorts of Big Bags, containers and bins. The name PBS QD stands for Pneumatic Bag Seal – Quick Detach. Quick Detach meaning this version is available with a number of connecting methods that allow to quickly attach or detach this inflatable seal to the big-bag filling equipment. PBS-QD is available in standardized sizes and in any custom size, both are in the same price strategy and are available with the same fast delivery.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems
Systems for every task. Every bulk solid has its own special requirements for a conveyor system. To meet these requirements, we offer our customers a variety of tried and tested pneumatic conveying systems with components for pneumatic pressure and vacuum conveying from our own production. This enables us to find the right solution for every product and every specific task.

Pneumatic conveyor system DFP/DFH
The pressure vessel has established itself for pneumatic conveying with high pressures (long conveying distances) and high product concentrations (high delivery rates). In the case of poorly flowing products, it is possible to increase the flowability using additional measures (cone venting, mechanical discharge aids). Depending on the conveyed material and conveying distance, gravity draining (connection of the delivery line underneath the discharge funnel) or cover emptying (connection of the delivery line from above vertically into the protruding pressure vessel riser pipe) and various ratios of the upper, lower and secondary air supply. The pressure vessel can be loaded either in free fall or using suitable mechanical feeders. The operation of a pressure vessel is always discontinuous; therefore a buffer container is arranged above the pressure vessel for continuously occurring material. If large delivery rates are required, two pressure vessels can be operated in parallel. While one is being filled, the other is emptying. An almost continuous delivery is achieved in this way. In every case, the supplied amount of material must not be larger than the capacity of the pressure vessel. The average availability of a single pressure vessel is 50% and that of a twin pressure vessel is approx. 90%. The achievable delivery rate of any pressure vessel is decisively determined by the net capacity of the pressure vessel and the diameter of the delivery line. However, due to the often very different bulk weights, grain sizes, grain distributions and other physical properties of the bulk materials, no specific specifications for known delivery line cross sections and pressure vessel capacities can be made in advance. Design of the MAHR pneumatic conveyor system: The conveyor system consists of the pressure vessel with the completely attached valves. It is ready for operation when connected to the compressed air supply and the electric controller.
Pneumatic Impactors Series PKL
Series PKL pneumatic impactors are particularly suitable for knocking stubbon residues from walls, pipes and containers. Examples of applications include: ellimination of tube-forming, bridging and evacuation of residues.

Pneumatic Nutrunner DP1
Our new brawny pneumatic nutrunner DP1 is shorter and more slender than its predecessor DPM. • The 5 new manufactured sizes of the DP1 replace the DPM in the respective performance categories and provide a torque range of 125 - 3,600 Nm. • Pneumatic nutrunners by Plarad are designed for continuous operation in different application ranges in the fields of installation, maintenance and production. The DP1 is also suited for various tasks in the oil and gas industry or in the mining industry. • The low-vibration technology protects the user‘s muscles and joints and effectively prevents the development of HAVS (Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome). • The low weight and the sophisticated ergonomic profile ensure an excellent handling. • The gearbox is designed to sustain a constant load. • The drive rotates 360°.

Pneumatic Transport
One of the most common techniques used to transport bulk goods is pneumatics. Using air or gas, the product is transported with high precision and hygiene. Pneumatic transport offers several options. Bulk goods can be transported with negative or positive pressure, you can transport the goods by dilute-phase transport or dense-phase transport, and you can choose gas or air.

Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators Series NCT
Pneumatic turbine vibrators of the series NCT are particularly suitable for moving bulk materials. They can be used for emptying containers and big bags, driving chutes, sieves and vibrating tables and for the mechanical stimulation of processes. Special features of the NCT pneumatic turbine vibrators are high frequency at low noise level and low air consumption. The rotary vibration is produced by a turbine with eccentrically mounted unbalanced masses. The frequency and therefore the centrifugal force can be continuously regulated via the operating pressure.
